Using a Text Blitz to Create Momentum With Your MLM Team

Add a burst of momentum to your teams activity by using a text blitz!

How to run a text blitz with your team

Set aside a specific 30 minute block of time where you and your team sit down in person or virtually (you can use Zoom for this). Set up a point system where people get a certain amount of points for getting people to commit to coming to an event, hosting an event, accepting a sample, or enrolling a new person. Obviously enrolling a new person should be worth a higher number of points than getting someone to accept a sample but i’ll leave the points system in your court. 😉

After 30 minutes of blitzing and sending out as many messages as you can, count up how many points people got WITHIN the 30 min. Obviously more responses will roll in throughout the day as people check their phones but calculate the points and see who won for the 30 min blitz!

It’s good to have some prizes to award your winners! =)

Do a blitz like this once a month (preferably at the beginning of the month) to create massive momentum in your team! Running these blitzes is fun and effective.

Examples of texts to use during your text blitz:

All-in-one text example:

“I am in a 30 minute contest to introduce as many people as I can to the benefits of __________. There are several ways you could participate. By helping me, I WILL make sure YOU are greatly benefited with amazing incentives (FREE product). I also get pionts for “no’s” so please let me know either way! Here’s how you can help:
1. Agree to let me send you a free sample
2. Agree to attend a class
3. Agree to HOST a class (FREE product)
4. Sign up for a wholesale account (even MORE free product)
Let me know how you’d like to participate!
Thank you!! =)”

Getting event attendees:

“Hi! I’m in a 30 minute contest to see who can commit the most people to attend a ___________ event/class. Would you help me out by coming to a class? I have a gift for you if you will!”

Getting hostesses

“Hi! I am in a 30 minute contest to see who can schedule the most essential oil classes in January. Would you help me out and host one? I have a gift for you if you will!”

Getting sign ups

“There’s a 30 minute flash sale happening right NOW! If you get __________ kit you’ve been thinking about, you get __________ as a FREE gift. I don’t want you to miss it! Here’s the link to enroll: (your link)”

Schedule a wellness consult or follow up

“I know you’re excited to get the best results from your __________ products, and I’d like to spend some time with you and provide a wellness consult! Can we schedule that right now?”
